Winnie Catherine is a namesake label honouring Winnie's great grandmothers' Winifred and Catherine (along with being named Winifred Catherine herself).

Winnie Catherine is for the woman who appreciates the finer things in life, someone who is forward thinking, yet values heritage and tradition. Winnie Catherine empowers the modern day working woman to be courageous, determined and undeniably influential.

Winnie herself is proud to be Māori and whakapapa to Kai Tāhu, Kāti Māmoe, Waitaha rātou Kāti Ruahikihiki. She is also a part of the Deaf Community, and an advocate for the hard of hearing.

In 2026, Winnie Catherine was named as 'Emerging New Zealand Fashion Designer of the Year' for Remix Magazine.
