If a garment is not quite right for you, you can reach us on contact@winniecatherine.co.nz to request a refund or store credit up to ten days after your date of delivery. Orders to be returned after the ten days period will not be accepted. 


terms and conditions for returns:

+ the Winnie Catherine garment(s) must be unworn, in original condition, and with all labels and swing tags still attached. 

+ the Winnie Catherine garment(s) cannot be returned if the garment's pattern has been altered to fit the customer's. Made-to-measure items are non-exchangable/non-refundable.

+ If the Winnie Catherine garment(s) was purchased full-price that had discount codes or limited time offers applied are eligible for an exchange, or refund to a gift voucher. A refund to original payment method will not be issued for change of mind returns.

+ Winnie Catherine garment(s) must be returned within the ten day period, with the studio being contacted via email prior to sending back. It must have tracking and the tracking number sent to the WC team. 

+ Any eligible exchanges may be of equal or lesser value. The customer must pay for the price difference on any exchange to an item of higher value. The different in price will be refunded to gift voucher on any exchange to an item of lesser value. 

+ If an item is deemed faulty by the WC team, an exchange or refund can be issued. If you have concerns about your Winnie Catherine garment(s) being faulty, please email contact@winniecatherine.co.nz
